• Unboxing Video Requirement: To validate your return, you must record a video of the product unboxing without any editing. This helps us confirm the product’s condition upon delivery. If an unboxing video is not provided, we will conduct an inspection to check if the packaging has been tampered with, which may delay the return process.
• Branded Products (e.g., Apple, Samsung, etc.): For branded products, which come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty, returns or repairs must be handled directly through the manufacturer. We will provide support to guide you through the process.
• Return Process: Contact us to initiate a return. We will collect the product free of charge and assess its eligibility for a return.
• Refund Timeline: If the product is eligible, the refund will be processed to your account within 3-5 business days. If the product is not eligible, it will be returned to you.
• Return Window: Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery, in line with UAE consumer protection laws.
• Eligibility Conditions: Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards (if applicable). Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.
